At CustomHomeArt we create handmade ceramic products and artisan home décor items. Each piece is individually crafted, which makes every item unique.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in shape, color, texture, or glaze may occur. These natural differences are part of the artistic process and should not be considered defects.

Made-to-Order and Personalized Products

Most items available in our store are made to order.

Because each product is handcrafted specifically for the customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for made-to-order or personalized items, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

This includes items that are:

  • custom made
  • personalized
  • produced specifically for an individual order
  • made in custom configurations or sets

Please review product descriptions and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • your order number
  • a brief description of the problem
  • clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

After reviewing the claim, we may offer:

  • a replacement product, or
  • a refund if a replacement is not available.

Shipping Damage

Ceramic products require careful packaging, but shipping damage can occasionally occur.

If the package appears damaged upon arrival, please take photos of:

  • the shipping box
  • the protective packaging
  • the damaged item

This helps us file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • custom or personalized items
  • made-to-order products
  • items damaged due to misuse or improper care

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
