This set of three black porcelain candle holders is designed for tea lights. The holders differ slightly in height, allowing you to create personalized arrangements. Their minimalist form, paired with the gentle glow of candlelight, enhances the mood and adds character to both modern and traditional interiors. Designed by Marek Cecuła—ceramist, educator, and recipient of numerous prestigious awards—whose works are featured in collections of the Royal Mariemont Museum in Belgium, the Victoria & Albert Museum in London, the Smithsonian Institution in Washington, and the Museum of Arts and Design in New York. Born in Kielce in 1944, Cecuła moved to Israel in 1960 and later to New York in the 1970s, where he founded the Modus Design ceramic studio. Since 2000, the studio has also operated in Poland. In 2013, he co-founded the Ćmielów Design Studio, the design division of the Polish Porcelain Factories, which focuses on bringing contemporary Polish design to the global market. By combining handcrafted artistry with innovative methods and technologies, the studio emphasizes the crucial role of the designer in the industrial product creation process. It also conducts numerous educational, artistic, and business projects, and collaborates with schools and designers worldwide through its Residency Program. The studio nurtures young talent, involving them in prestigious international initiatives while promoting Polish design on the global stage.
