The small TWIST porcelain vase (5.5 in) is available in three sizes. It creates a captivating composition by combining a raw, architectural shape with the organic form of flowers. The designer is a ceramic artist and educator, a recipient of numerous prestigious awards. His works are featured in the collections of the Royal Museum of Mariemont in Belgium, the Victoria & Albert Museum in London, the Smithsonian Institution in Washington, and the Museum of Arts and Design in New York. Born in Kielce in 1944, he moved to Israel in 1960 and later settled in New York in the 1970s, where he founded the Modus Design studio. Since 2000, the studio has also operated in Poland. In 2013, he co-founded Ćmielów Design Studio – a design department of the Polish Porcelain Factories, which continues to develop and introduce contemporary Polish design to the global market. By experimenting with porcelain production, the studio merges the human touch with innovative methods and technologies. The role of the designer is central in the creation of industrial products. The studio also hosts numerous initiatives in the fields of education, art, and business, collaborating with schools and designers worldwide through the Residency Program. It brings together young creators and provides opportunities to participate in prestigious projects while promoting Polish design internationally.
