Ramekin A ramekin is a small, kitchen dish, usually bowl-shaped, used for baking various dishes as well as serving desserts. Made of ceramic, this baking dish allows for both baking and subsequent freezing of dishes. The ramekin is safe for dishwasher use, microwave cooking, and storing food in the refrigerator. Like every item from Zakłady Ceramiczne "Bolesławiec", the cups are hand-decorated using stamps and brushes, making each one unique. As a result, minor differences in decoration may occur between individual pieces of the same design.
