Orders from Custom Home Art are sent using FedEx courier.

Shipping cost

We keep shipping simple — one flat rate, and free shipping on larger orders:

• Free shipping on all orders over $199.
• $27.50 flat-rate FedEx Ground shipping on orders of $199 or less.

Your shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout. As soon as your order subtotal reaches $199, shipping becomes free.

Delivery time

Delivery time is counted from the day you receive an email confirming your order has been sent, and takes:

• FedEx Ground: up to 3–4 working days

All FedEx packages are sent every day from Monday to Friday. Please note that many of our pieces are handmade to order, so production time is additional to the delivery time above.

Tracking your order

When your order is shipped via FedEx, you will receive an email from FedEx with a tracking number and a link to track your order. This email is sent after 5 PM on the day your order’s status changes to “Sent.”

For any address change or delivery adjustment, please contact FedEx directly (you will need the tracking number from your confirmation email). Contact numbers for FedEx can be found at www.fedex.com.

FedEx will attempt to deliver a package up to three times. If the recipient is absent, FedEx will make contact by telephone to arrange a delivery date and time.

Please double-check the information (address, phone, email) you provide when placing an order. If customer information is not valid, the package will be returned and the customer will cover any additional costs incurred.
